Every organization has a strategic planning process, formal or informal. Some are better than others, but all may benefit from an outside eye.
- Landy NPO Services will review the organization’s strategic planning process. This process can be an informal meeting of an hour or two with Board and/or Management where ideas are shared orally, to a more formal process with review of documents, interviews, attending a Board meeting and a management team meeting.
- The process, its inputs, the organization’s goals and aspirations for the process, and the organization’s satisfaction with the product of its process will all be reviewed, analyzed, and suggestions shared with your organization in a comprehensive report.
