- We can assist the organization to develop a plan to do any of the following:
- examine the effectiveness of leadership; assist leaders to develop their leadership skills;
- assist in identifying a pool of future leaders for Client and its business;
- determine how Client’s leaders can be developed and/or trained and/or encouraged to enable them to be even better leaders than they are; and/or to do such other tasks as Client requests and Landy feels can be reasonably accomplished.
- A plan may include an assessment of current leadership, and recommendations/ an action plan to assist Client in leadership development.
